Sara C. Ross, 85, of Bellefonte passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2016. She was born in Ferguson Twp., Centre Co., on March 18, 1931, the daughter of the late John W. and Lily L. Shuey Colpetzer.
Sara was a homemaker and enjoyed word search puzzles, sewing, cooking and playing Bingo.
She was of the Protestant faith.
Her husband, Lawrence G. Ross preceded her in death in 1991.
She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia B. Gillen of Brandon, Florida and her son, Dennis L. Ross of Bellefonte. Also surviving are her two sisters.
Services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Zion Union Cemetery, Walker Twp., Centre Co. Arrangements are under the direction of the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, 201 Spring Street, Milesburg, Pa.
