Obituary of Sharon Michael, 69

Sharon Alice Michael, 69, of Bellefonte, passed away at home surrounded by her family on Saturday, June 23, 2018. Born in Dallas, PA, on January 20, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Emma Brobst. In 1982, in Clarkstown, she married the love of her life, Charles A. Michael, who survives her at home after sharing 35 years of marriage together.

Sharon was a graduate of Sullivan County High School. She worked as a mechanic for Sears Automotive and was a school bus driver for many years. Additionally, she was part owner of Golden Taxi.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Wade Kenneth Michael (Danielle) of Bellefonte, and two grandchildren, Jacob Daniel Michael and Abigail Ann Michael, both of Snow Shoe.

Sharon was a member of Milesburg Methodist Church.

There will be a public viewing held on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 from 10am-noon at Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. at 206 N. Spring Street, Bellefonte. Funeral services will immediately follow at the funeral home at noon with Rev. Donald Crane officiating. Burial will follow at Twin Hills Memorial Park in Muncy, PA.
