Obituary of Sondra L. Bartley, 70

Sondra L. Bartley, 70 of Howard, passed away Thursday, March 25, 2010 at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.

She was born on December 7, 1939 in Lock Haven, the daughter of the late Lloyd lland Sarah Justice Gardner.

On October 21, 1977, she married Joseph E. Bartley, who survives at home.

She was a graduate of Bald Eagle Area. She was a homemaker and had worked for many years at Centre Crest. She was a member of the Former St. John's United Methodist Church of Howard. She enjoyed antiques, John Deere tractors and loved spending time with children.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by four sisters; Shirley Lucas and husband Melvin, of Howard, Laura Ertley and husband Ken of Hublersburg, Betty Kunes of Blanchard and Darlene "Sparkle" Witmer and husband Gary of Bellefonte, and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family at the Kader-Neff Funeral Home, 135 W. Main Street, Howard, Pa. with the Pastor Craig Rose officiating.

Burial will be in the Jacksonville Cemetery, Marion Twp.
