Obituary of Taelin Shauna Goss , 8

Taelin Shauna Goss, 8, of Osceola Mills, died Friday, Nov. 20, 2009, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. Born July 3, 2001, she was a daughter of Shawn and Jodie (Bradford) Goss, of Osceola Mills.

Taelin was of the Christian Faith. She was a member of Cheer Central Competition Cheerleading Squad in Philipsburg, and played on the J.O. and Philipsburg Hurricane softball teams. She attended the third grade at Osceola Mills Elementary School.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Nancy Jane Bradford, Donnie Goss, Henrietta and William McDonald, Robert and Mary Lou Goss, Fred W. Bradford and Barbara Merritt. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her grandparents, Sally Goss and her companion, Ray Cowfer, of Osceola Mills, and Fred A. Bradford, of West Decatur; and a sister, Aisha Marie Goss, of Osceola Mills.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday Nov. 24, 2009, at Heath Funeral Home, 701 Lingle St., Osceola Mills. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2009, at Ohio United Methodist Church, rural Osceola Mills, with Pastor Donald Smith officiating. Burial will be in Philipsburg Cemetery.
