Virginia M. Weller, 91, of State College, passed away Friday, June 14, 2013 at Mount Nittany Medical Center.

She was born Virginia Mae Michael on October 4, 1921 in Harrisburg, PA daughter of the late Samuel and Grace Michael.

Her younger sister, Esther "Peg" Keller proceeded her in death.

Virginia graduated from business college and worked in the main office at the Crawford Department Store in Meadville, PA.

Virginia married John Wayne Titsler on February 10, 1946. He proceeded her in death on September 21, 1965. They had one child, Cynthia.

She later married Robert C. Weller of Catawissa, PA who proceeded her in death on April 4, 1973.

Surviving are her daughter Cindy of State College, and her constant furry companion, her beloved pet Samoyed.

During her life, Virginia resided in Polk, PA, Bridgewater, VA, Catawissa, PA and for the last 16 years in State College, PA where she lived with her daughter.

She will be buried next to Wayne Titsler in Meadville, PA where they lived for over twenty years until the time of his death. The burial will be private.

Virginia was a member of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church of State College and her faith was one of the defining characteristics of how she lived. Virginia lived her life with grace and dignity believing always in demonstrating kindness and compassion to others. She taught courage, honesty, and integrity by example.

She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and was an avid reader. She valued her close friendships and spending time with her family.
