Obituary of Wilma Cain, 70

Wilma M. Cain, 70, of Howard, passed away Monday, September 30, 2013, at home. Born on December 23, 1942, in Laurel MD, she was a daughter of the late William and Veronica (Rider) Gamber. She was married to Edward L. Cain, Jr, who survives at home.

Wilma was a graduate of Bellefonte Area High School Class of 1960 and a graduate of the School of Practical Nursing. She retired from Centre Community Hospital.
She was a charter member of the Zion Community Church.
Along with her husband she is survived by one daughter, Christina Barnhart of Bellefonte; two sons, Mark Cain of Silver Springs, MD, Greg Cain of Santa Maria, CA, one brother, John Gamber of Maryland, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. She is also survived by her dog, Sheba.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Susan E. Bartley, two brothers, Fred and George Gamber.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2013, at 11:00 A.M. at Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc, 206 N. Spring St, Bellefonte, PA 16823, with Reverend Warren Somers officiating. Friends will be received one hour prior, from 10-11 A.M. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
