Patrick F. McGovern, passed away surrounded by loved ones on July 1, 2022 at Eagle Valley Personal Care Home. He was 82. Born on January 4, 1940 in Bellefonte Patrick was a son of the late Robert J. and Ethel H. “Miller” McGovern. On August 23, 1958, he married his beloved wife, Sandra D. “Bierly” McGovern who passed away January 21, 2022
Patrick is survived by three daughters; Tracey Rimmey (Kevin), Stephanie Taylor (Jonathan) and Patricia McKenna (Tom), along with seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and his canine best friend, Bella.
Patrick enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping with Sandra and spending time with his family. In accordance with Patrick’s wishes, all services are private. Contributions in memory of Patrick may be given to Pets Come First, 2451 General Potter Highway, Centre Hall, PA 16828.
