William M. (Billy) Narehood, 45, of Bellefonte went home to be with his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on Sunday, January 3, 2021. Billy was born in State College on August 17, 1975, the son of William G. and Elizabeth A. (Tubbs) Narehood of Bellefonte who survives at home. He is also survived by his sisters; Laurie S. (Scott) Donovan and children Dylan and Liam, Jessica M. (Todd) Courtney and children Hannah and Preston, Janice M. Cassamajor and children Kurt, Makaila and Abby, Katie A. (John) Grasty and children Elijah and Andrew; and his brother Adam S. (Jayme) Narehood and children Kierra and Kylee Joe, and his grandmother, Mary T. Narehood. Billy was a 1993 graduate of Centre County Christian Academy, a graduate of the ACT 120 program through the criminal justice training center at IUP and a 2012 graduate of Bible Truth Institute. He served as an EMT at the Moshannon Valley EMS. He was a volunteer of Karthaus Ambulance Service as well as Karthaus Fire Company and Pine Glen Fire Company. He was a member of Community Alliance Church in Karthaus where he enjoyed serving as a Sunday School teacher. He was a simple man who enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He was a member of Backwoods Revival Band and found great joy in playing his guitar and singing. His patriotism and devotion to his community was very admirable. Billy was a loving and loyal friend, son, brother, and the most amazing uncle.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, January 7, 2021 from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. at The Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc., 201 Spring St., Milesburg, PA and on Friday, January 8, 2021 from 10 A.M. – 11 A.M. at Community Alliance Church, 34136 Frenchville Karthaus Highway, Karthaus, PA. We will be following CDC recommendations, facial coverings will be required and social distancing in encouraged.

Funeral services will follow at 11 A.M. with Pastor George Solley officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Memorial Cemetery, Karthaus Twp. Clearfield Co. PA.
