3 New Businesses Offer Asian Cuisine, Beverages and Groceries in One Downtown State College Location

Three new downtown State College businesses have partnered to offer Asian dining, drinks and groceries from one location.

Mr. Wish, Hibachi Express and Aone Mart opened this week at 320 E. College Ave, the former location of Metro clothing store.

Offering a variety of bubble, fruit and brewed tea, Mr. Wish originated in Taiwan and expanded to the United States, where it has locations in nine states. State College is its first Pennsylvania location outside of the Philadelphia area, where it has 15 shops and operates its U.S. headquarters.

Mr. Wish will have a grand opening celebration on Saturday and Sunday, with buy one, get one free fruit teas.

Hibachi Express offers a selection of Japanese-inspired steak, shrimp, salmon, chicken, tofu and vegetarian hibachi entrees, as well as sushi, Japanese noodle and fried rice dishes, and appetizers.
