Kish Bank announces promotions, new hire

STATE COLLEGE — Two Kish Bank employees have been promoted and a new hire has joined the company, according to a recent announcement. 

Holly Johnson has been promoted to vice president, State College market manager, and Wendy Strohecker has been promoted to vice president, bank operations manager. Garen Jenco has joined Kish Bank as vice president, market research and analytics manager.
Johnson began her Kish Bank career in 2016 as branch manager of the North Atherton branch. In expanded role as vice president and market manager, Johnson will focus on sales and service across all of Kish Bank’s State College market branches. Additionally, she will continue to oversee the North and South Atherton branches and the Expect More store in downtown State College.

Strohecker, who is located at Kish Bank’s Reedsville Technology and Operations Center, has held multiple management-level roles within the organization since beginning her career at Kish in 2004. She was appointed assistant vice president in 2014, and accepted the role of bank operations manager in 2017.

Jenco, a State College native and Penn State graduate, previously worked at PNC Bank in Pittsburgh as vice president of insight and market dynamics research manager. He brings more than 10 years of experience to Kish Bank. In his role as vice president of market research and analytics manager, he will manage the use of market research and analytics to build and refine products and identify delivery channels for the future of Kish Bank and its customers.
