Christian Rock Artist Zach Williams to Perform at Bryce Jordan Center

Christian rock artist Zach Williams will bring his “Revival Nights” tour to Penn State’s Bryce Jordan Center on Oct. 4, the venue the BJC announced Monday.

The Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter will be joined by opening acts Cain, Matt Maher and Ben Fuller.

Tickets starting at $18 go on sale on Monday, May 6.

Williams was the former front-man for the band Brothers of Grace before going solo in 2016. He is best known for his songs “Chain Breaker” and “There Was Jesus,” which featured Dolly Parton and won the Grammy for Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song in 2021.

His albums “Chain Breaker” and “Rescue Story” each peaked at No. 2 on the Christian music charts following their release in 2016 and 2019, respectively.

The Arkansas native recently released an extended version of his 2022 album “A Hundred Highways,” which earned a nominated for Artist of the Year at the 2022 GMA Dove Awards.

Williams joins Billy StringsKacey MusgravesJelly Roll, and Cody Johnson on the growing list of artists slated to perform at the Bryce Jordan Center in the next few months.
