A State College man is facing charges after he allegedly masturbated and defecated on the floor at a downtown business.
According to a criminal complaint, State College Police responded at 11:23 p.m. on Monday to Dunkin Donuts, 200 W. College Ave., for a report of a male masturbating in the restaurant. Upon arrival, police observed the man, identified as Bruce A. Silcox, 65, with his pants around his ankles and his penis fully exposed.
Silcox also was defecating on the floor, police said.
Two witnesses reportedly told police Silcox had clearly exposed himself and was looking at them while touching himself.
Silcox was charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness, both misdemeanors, and a summary count of disorderly conduct.
He was arraigned on Tuesday morning before District Judge Thomas Jordan and was unable to post $15,000 straight bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 31
