A State College man will be charged in an incident that occurred early Saturday morning at a downtown bar, according to borough police.
The man grabbed a woman’s breast inside The Phyrst shortly after midnight on the 4th, and than fought with bar staff on his way out.
The 28-year-old male then caused problems at the police station, urinating on himself inside a holding cell and prompting police to call an abulance to take him to Mount Nittany Medical Center. His behavior in the ambulance required ambulance staff to restrain him, reports said. Upon arrival at Mt. Nittany Medical Center, the man became disorderly again, and had to be “chemically restrained” in order to be calmed down and treated.
It is expected that the man will be charged in the upcoming days.
