Hundreds of brides-to-be filled the floor of the Bryce Jordan Center Sunday for the 2009 Wedding Showcase, which brought the future Mrs. Smiths together with those who would make their dream day possible.
A plethora of vendors selling dresses, flower arrangements and cakes displayed their best work when doors opened at 11 a.m. yesterday.
The highlight of the event took place at mid-day, when models showcased wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses from Formalities by Tracina Fisher and Diamonds & Lace. The style of dresses ranged from vintage and simple to full-on princess dress.
The annual showcase, sponsored by StateCollege.com, Altoona.com and the Bryce Jordan Center, included vendors from State College, Bellefonte, Altoona, Hollidaysburg, Dubois, and Clearfield.
Available at the event were photographers, travel agents, wedding planners, reception venues, and more.
