Miguel Fraga, the first secretary of the Cuban Embassy in Washington, D.C., since the United States and Cuba reestablished diplomatic relations, visited Penn State’s University Park campus this week to speak with students and faculty.
‘There’s a lot of misinformation about Cuba, so the opportunity to come and to speak with students and professors, to talk about whatever they want to know about my country is something that I always like to do,’ Fraga said.
Centre County Report’s Morganne Mallon talks with Fraga and a Penn State law professor about the new era of U.S.-Cuban relations.
