Several personal possessions were reported stolen Saturday from two State College apartments, borough police said.
The thefts apparently happened when the apartments were unoccupied during the midday Penn State-Eastern Michigan football game, according to a police report.
In one incident, at 239 S. Barnard St., a MacBook laptop computer, an iPod Nano, a George Foreman Grill and a backpack were reported stolen. Those items have a combined value of roughly $1,740, police said.
In the other incident, at 228 S. Atherton St., an iPod Touch and about 40 DVDs were reported stolen. Those items together have a value of roughly $700, police said.
The addresses are about one block apart. An investigation was continuing Monday.
