A long-awaited indoor trampoline park is finally opening in College Township.

Get Air State College, 2252 E. College Ave., announced on its Facebook page that it will be opening at 6 p.m. on Tuesday (Oct. 16). It is located in Nittany Commons next to Giant.

In addition to wall-to-wall trampolines, the 23,000-square foot facility has other features, including foam pits, a dodgeball court and a ninja warrior course with elements such as a slack line and rock-climbing wall. It also has a dedicated space for kids 46 inches and under.

It will be open seven days a week. For schedules and rates, visit getairstatecollege.com.

Get Air initially planned to open in the Nittany Mall in 2016, but earlier this year the company announced it had signed a lease on the Nittany Commons location. The announcement said the park would hire 40 to 50 people. Construction began in the late spring.

The company has locations in 34 states, as well as Canada, Mexico, Finland and Japan. The State College location is its fifth in Pennsylvania.
