Top BMX bikers who competed in the X Games will bring their skills to State College this fall, the Bryce Jordan Center staff announced Tuesday.
ASA Entertainment will host the ASA Big Air BMX Triples at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 23 at the Jordan Center, according to the announcement.
BMX, or bicycle motocross, pros will face a 195-foot wooden course with a 25-foot ramp, two 25-foot jumps and a quarter pipe, ‘all while grabbing ‘big air,” the announcement reads.
The event will feature ‘two-man battles’ and ‘spectacular aerial stunts’ on the course, it says.
Tickets are scheduled to go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday and will cost $32.50 for adults and $19.50 for children age 12 and younger. Penn State students can buy tickets for $23.50 apiece. Some VIP floor seats will be available, as well.
To buy tickets, go to www.ticketmaster.com or www.bjc.psu.edu, or call (814) 865-5555. Tickets will be available through the Bryce Jordan Ticket Center, Eisenhower Auditorium and Penn State Tickets Downtown, as well.
