Mount Nittany Medical Center is inviting expectant parents to a free program of the Human Education, Information and Resources (H.E.I.R.) & Parents group on Thursday, January 18.
The program covers all aspects of having a baby and is open to expectant mothers and a support person. The class will be held at 6:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. in Conference Rooms 1, 2, and 3 on the ground floor of the medical center. Registration is not required.
Due to the subject matter, the Medical Center staff says that the program is not appropriate for children under 8 years of age.
