Penn State Football: Tickets for the Penn State-Indiana football game at FedEx Field will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. today.

The Nittany Lions and Hoosiers will meet in Big Ten Conference play on Nov. 20 at FedExField, home to the NFL’s Washington Redskins. The contest is Indiana’s home game and was originally scheduled to be played in Bloomington. Penn State will be playing in metropolitan Washington, D.C., for the first time since the 1993 season.

‘We’re really excited to be going back to the nation’s capital and having one of our conference games this close to home for so many of our fans,’ said Tim Curley, Penn State Director of Athletics.

Tickets range from $50-$150 for the contest at FedExField, which has a seating capacity of 91,704 and is the largest venue used by a professional sports team in the United States. Parking for the stadium lots is included in the price of the ticket.

All game ticket orders can be made at www.GoPSUsports.com/tickets or by calling 814-865-5555 weekdays from 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. For group ticket orders of 20 or more, contact 814-867-2557.

‘Climategate’: Penn State professor Michael Mann told the Allentown Morning Call he regrets not putting up a fight when asked to delete e-mails ready to go public — even though he never did delete them.

‘I wish in retrospect I had told him, ‘Hey, you shouldn’t even be thinking about this,” Mann told The Morning Call in his first interview since the university last month launched an investigation into his conduct. ‘I didn’t think it was an appropriate request.’

Sexual Assault Reported: A 23-year-old woman told State College Police Thursday that she was sexually assaulted, The Daily Collegian reported.

The woman said she knew the person who assaulted her in the downtown apartment.
