Cell Phone Ban: The university announced yesterday that employees are no longer allowed to talk on handheld cell phones while driving on Penn State business.

Child Pornography:  Penn State student William Swarmer, 20, is facing four felony charges of sexual abuse of children after he told police he downloaded videos of a nine-year-old girl having sex with an adult man, The Daily Collegian reported.

Indecent Exposure: Police are looking for a man who they say exposed himself and began masturbating at the HUB-Robeson Center Tuesday afternoon, Penn State reported.
