Penn State University is set to introduce its 18th president, as first reported by 6ABC News and later confirmed by Onward State.
University students have been through a lot of change over the past three or four years. They’ve had three football coaches (technically), three provosts, and soon, they’ll have had three university presidents.

President Rodney Erickson has previously announced that he will retire as late as June 2014. A group of 12 trustees has been leading the Presidential Search Committee since last year.
The Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Friday at the Nittany Lion Inn, according to university spokesperson Lisa Powers. The official purpose of the meeting is to deal with “personnel decisions.”
