Paranormal skeptics will be made believers as Ryan Buell, host of “Paranormal State”, and Robb Demarest from “Ghost Hunters International”, share their experiences with State College.

On Tuesday night, both Buell and Demarest will show the audience some of their best evidence and experiences of the supernatural caught on film, including some from our very own State College.

Buell, a Penn State alumnus, started his paranormal career as a student when he formed the Paranormal Research Society. As time passed, his society evolved into a docu-series and has continued to mature over the years. Focusing on his most compelling evidence frmo cases he has done locally, he wants to share his paranormal journey from a Penn State student to where he is now.

Buell also hopes to help people who struggle with the question of whether there is something out there.

“So many people ask and want to know if demons and spirits are real,” Buell said. “I can give them theories and show them my testimonies and footage, but at the end of the day I am not desperately trying to convince anybody that it’s there. They will take what they see and decide for themselves.”

Being back at Penn State for the first time in three years, Buell is excited to provide State College with a Halloween-themed lecture and show real claims of paranormal phenomenon.

Following paranormal activity all over the globe’s most haunted locations, Demarest will also share his testimonies with State College.

The show will begin at 8:00 p.m. at The State Theatre and there will be a meet and greet held from 6 to 7 p.m. Student tickets are $10, regular tickets are $35, and meet-and-greet tickets are $100. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit THON.
