A section of East Calder Way in downtown State College was closed to vehicular traffic for about two hours on Friday afternoon for an emergency waterline repair, according to the borough.
The road was closed between McAllister Alley and South Pugh Street at about 1:55 p.m. while crews worked to fix the broken line.
Crews repaired the line and the road reopened at about 4 p.m.
