The Big Ten Network’s preseason tour across the conference stopped by Happy Valley on Thursday evening and as a result James Franklin, his team and members of the staff will be a part of BTN Live at 6 p.m on Friday.

Friday’s show will primarily be devoted to Penn State’s practice coverage and a look into the upcoming season. The show will also re-air several times Friday evening and Saturday morning.

Watching practice on Thursday evening and Friday morning were analysts Dave Revsine, Gerry DiNardo and Howard Griffith, all who will share their thoughts and observations during this evening’s special.

The BTN crew is traveling to each of the 14 Big Ten campuses on a customized chartered bus. The preseason tour includes interviews with head coaches, assistant coaches and selected returning student-athletes as the BTN analysts measure each team’s progress as the 2015 season approaches.

The Nittany Lions open the 2015 campaign on the road against Temple at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia on Saturday, September 5 at 3:30 p.m.
