After just over a week of hosting satellite camps in different states and with different schools, Penn State headed back to Happy Valley for football in a familiar setting.
With dozens of 7-on-7 teams taking the intramural fields and the Lasch Building facilities it was a day full of long passes and big catches.
Even bigger, the linemen working with offensive line coach Herb Hand and his staff. From technique to feats of strength, there wasn’t much time to sit and relax on Saturday.
All of this is taking place around the start of Lasch Building renovations and upgrades. Penn State will host several more football camps between now and the end of July, but after weeks on the road, James Franklin and his staff are just happy to be home.
