Penn State fans can start to schedule out their weekends with a bit more certainty as FOX and ESPN both announced a handful of kick times for the upcoming season.
Most noteworthy for the early part of the season, Penn State’s home clash with Pitt will kick at 3:30 on ABC while the Nittany Lions’ trip to Ohio State will air on FOX, also kicking at 3:30. The network currently carries the World Series which will have started just a few days prior to the clash of Big Ten titans.
Penn State’s trip to Northwestern will feature a noon kick locally while the Nittany Lions will host Rutgers at noon for Homecoming and the second to last home game of the year. Penn State’s season at Beaver Stadium closes out the following week against Nebraska before a trip to Maryland.
In total Wednesday’s news gives fans five kick times to work with, Penn State’s season opener against Akron was previously announced as a noon kick on ABC.
Fans will still have to wait for the kick times of Penn State’s trip to Iowa and home clash against Michigan among others.
