The week 11 bye for Penn State (7-3, 4-2 Big Ten) provided the Nittany Lions one week off to prepare for their final two regular season games against second and third place teams in their division.

Saturday’s game against Michigan will be Senior Day, but the final game those seniors will play in as a Nittany Lion is starting to look like a guaranteed warm weather location.

Bowl projections have varied over the past few weeks, with a Tennessee homecoming for James Franklin at the Music City Bowl as the most commonly projected destination for the Nittany Lions.

However, despite not playing last weekend, a new bowl has emerged in the Foster Farms Bowl, with Penn State slated to challenge a Pac-12 competitor. Penn State has two more opportunities to improve its bowl standing versus No. 14 Michigan and against No. 13 Michigan State.

So here are the latest bowl projections for Penn State heading into Saturday’s showdown with Michigan.
