It comes as no real surprise that Penn State’s annual White Out game will take place October 19th against Michigan this year. The program announced the news in a press release about student ticket pricing for the upcoming 2018-19 campaign.
Penn State is 2-1 in recent years during the White Out, beating Ohio State 2016 and Michigan in 2017 before falling to the Buckeyes late in front of the largest crowd in Beaver Stadium history of 110,889 fans.
The Nittany Lions’ home meeting against the Wolverines headlines a home slate of games that includes Idaho, Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Purdue, Indiana and Rutgers.
Penn State road schedule includes trips to Iowa, Michigan State, Ohio State and, for the first time since 2013, Minnesota.
This year’s official Whiteout t-shirt was released earlier this month. The shirt says ‘Warning Expect Excessive Noise’ on the front and ‘Penn State Whiteout 2019’ on the back.
A short sleeve shirt retails for $26 while a long sleeve goes for $32 on the Fanatics website.
