Penn State makes the top ten list for the nation’s best party schools. According to the Princeton Review, PSU is #9.
The rankings are based on student responses concerning the use of alcohol and drugs at their school, the number of hours they study each day outside of class time, and the popularity of fraternities/sororities at their school.
The Princeton Review says the rankings are based on data from surveys of 126,000 students at 378 schools.
