Standing for 46 hours can do quite a number on someone’s feet. There are options available for dancers to relieve some of the pain at the BJC other than massages.

In the training room, kinesiology majors offer ice baths for dancers feet and will wrap their feet if needed. Kyle Kutsup, senior kinesiology major, helps the dancers by wrapping their feet and tending to their injuries.

Also pictured: Elyse Burgher, junior HDSK major and Phi Sigma Pi dancer, gets her feet iced.
