State College Police Chief Thomas R. King has announced the promotions of Officer Barrett Smith and Officer Gregory Brauser to the rank of Corporal.
A ceremony will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, November 15, at 3:30 p.m. in the State College Borough Council Chambers. The Council Room is located on the 3rd floor of the Municipal Building on Allen Street.
