Penn State police on Wednesday arrested a man for watching pornography and exposing himself in the university’s Pattee Library.

Brandon J. Taylor, 35, is accused of viewing porn on a computer library at about 9:20 p.m. He then approached a woman, exposed his penis and asked her to perform oral sex, according to an affidavit of probable cause.

Taylor, who is listed as homeless, is also a registered sex offender in New Hampshire and did not register with the Pennsylvania State Police as required by law, police wrote.

He is charged with a felony count of failing to register with state police, misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and harassment and a summary offense of disorderly conduct.

Taylor was arraigned by District Judge Don Hahn and was unable to post bail, which was set at 10% of $22,500. He is detained at the Centre County Correctional Facility.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 24.
