State College police are investigating two vehicle break-ins reported on Sunday afternoon that occurred on Nittany Avenue over the weekend.
The first victim told police that someone broke into the vehicle on the 100 block of East Nittany Avenue by damamging the door locks. A $150 pair of sunglasses were removed.
The second victim was located in the 100 block of West Nittany Avenue, and also claimed that someone broke the locks on their vehicle. An iPod, luggage, and running shoes were removed from the second vehicle, police said. The estimated value of loss is $890.
