Centre County prosecutors maintain that they are close to making an arrest in the Langston Carraway murder case.

Carraway was found stabbed to death in his Patton Township townhouse in June 2006, and little information has been publicly released on the case since then.  Prosecutors previously called former Penn State football player Lavon Chisley a “person of interest” in the case, but were never willing to call him a suspect or confirm his connection to the murder.

Police sent forensic evidence to a state crime lab for analysis and have since received more evidence and test results back from that lab.
