The attorney representing Jerry Sandusky told 6News that one of his accusers is a relative.
Joseph Amendola said an accusation from one minor that recently surfaced is connected to a family dispute and was reported before Sandusky’s arrest earlier this month.
In the wake of all Centre County court of common pleas judges recusing themselves from the case, officials said it’s unclear whether or not the trial will be held at the courthouse in Bellefonte.
State College police told 6News that Jerry Sandusky called authorities on Wednesday afternoon, reporting that he was following from his home and on his trip back.
Officers believe Sandusky was being followed by an unmarked media vehicle.
