UPDATED @ 9:10 a.m. Nov. 29: Michael Delullo, the 21-year-old sought after this domestic-abuse incident, turned himself in to police at University Park overnight, Penn State reported.
The latest university report identifies Delullo as a St. Marys, Elk County, resident. He has been charged with possession of a firearm without a license, simple assault with physical menace, recklessly endangering another person, and harassment, according to Penn State.
Delullo has been jailed in the Centre County Correctional Facility.
He is accused of displaying a gun and threatening to kill himself during the abuse incident late Monday at University Park, Penn State has reported. He fled the scene and went to Clearfield County, but officials contacted Delullo and convinced him to turn himself in, according to the university.
An arraignment is scheduled for Tuesday morning.

The man — listed as Michael Delullo, 21 — had fled to Clearfield County but has agreed to turn himself in to authorities, a university statement reads.

Penn State police are looking for a man who was involved in a domestic dispute, the university reported late Monday night.
He was last seen with a gun, according to a Penn State emergency alert.
The dispute happened about 10 p.m. Monday at Donkin Hall, part of the White Course Apartments complex at University Park, according to a university statement. Penn State identified the man as Michael Delullo, 21, of Ridgway.
In the domestic dispute, according to the statement, Delullo displayed a handgun and threatened to kill himself.
The dispute involved a female Penn State student who lives in Donkin Hall, the university reported. She ‘escaped the apartment, and when she returned, he was gone,’ the statement reads.
According to a university-issued description, Delullo is a white man who stands about 5 feet 8 inches tall and has a thin build. He was wearing jeans, a yellow shirt and work boots, the description shows.
He may have fled in a maroon Jeep Cherokee or a black Cadillac Escalade, according to Penn State. The White Course Apartments complex is located off West College Avenue near West Campus Drive.
University police are asking Delullo to turn himself in. They’re also asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to call (814) 863-1111.
