Exactly one month before the season kicks off, Penn State football announced the full list of home game themes for 2025.

The Nittany Lions’ season-opener against Nevada on Aug. 30 at Beaver Stadium will be the 107K Family Reunion game, presented by West Shore Home, which recently purchased naming rights for the field in a lucrative $50 million deal. The game kicks off at 3:30 p.m. and will be televised by CBS.

The following week, Penn State plays host to the FIU Panthers for a noon kick on Sept. 6 in the annual THON Game, in which players will wear special helmet stickers and THON families and volunteers will be invited. The game will air on the Big Ten Network

The Nittany Lions conclude their nonconference slate by hosting Villanova on Sept. 13 for All-U Day, which celebrates students from branch campuses around Pennsylvania. The 3:30 p.m. game will be broadcast on FS1.

Following a bye week, Penn State welcomes Oregon to Beaver Stadium for the White Out at 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 27, which was previously announced. The Nittany Lions have never faced the Ducks in a White Out but hold a 13-8 record in the spectacle, including a six-game winning streak. The game will air on NBC.

After a road trip to UCLA, the Nittany Lions return home to face Northwestern in the Homecoming and Stripe Out game on Oct. 11. Penn State is 6-3 all-time in Stripe Out games, most recently beating the Bruins last year. It’ll also mark the team’s 105th Homecoming game, in which the team boasts a 75-24-5 record.

Following a pair of road contests and a bye week, the Nittany Lions will welcome Indiana on Nov. 8 for the Helmet Stripe and Military Appreciation themes. This will mark the fourth Helmet Stripe game, which Penn State holds a 1-2 record in. The matchup will honor active duty, veterans and military family.

The final home game of the year comes on Nov. 22 when the Nittany Lions host Nebraska for Senior Day. The seniors and graduate students will receive pregame recognition, while seniors from the Blue Band and spirit squads will also be honored.

Kickoff times and television arrangements for Penn State’s final three home games are still to be determined.
