Penn State and Central Michigan will kick off at noon on Sept. 24 as the Nittany Lions return for their second home game of the season after a trip this weekend to face Auburn on the road. The game, which will air on the Big Ten Network, marks the second noon kick of the season so far, joining this past weekend’s contest against Ohio.

The Nittany Lions’ clash this weekend at Auburn is slated for a 3:30 p.m. EDT start time as both programs look to move to 3-0 on the year. Auburn is coming off a close 24-16 victory over San Jose State while Penn State cruised past Ohio to the tune of 46-10 after an opening week last-minute victory against Purdue on the road. This weekend’s game is scheduled to air on CBS.

Elsewhere on the schedule, Penn State is still awaiting kick times for the majority of its remaining slate aside from a previously announced 7:30 start against Minnesota on Oct. 22 at Beaver Stadium. Penn State’s road meeting against Michigan and home matchup against Ohio State are both without times. Unconfirmed reports indicate that Penn State and the Buckeyes could be FOX’s featured game of the week and would subsequently be slotted into a noon kick time.

Penn State’s season finale against Michigan State is also without a known kick time.
