The Bellefonte boys’ cross-country team defeated Bald Eagle Area (15-47) and Central (24-31) and the Lady Red Raiders defeated BEA (24-31) and Central (21-34) in a clean sweep during a home match Sept. 19. Brett Pope, Cole Hovis and Austin Melius finished 1-2-3 for the boys, while Amaya Rothrock paced the girls’ squad with a first-place finish.
