Two Bellefonte men were recently presented with Quilts of Valor on Sunday, Sept. 21 at their church, Family Life of Penns Valley. Kermit Spotts, left, served in the U.S. Navy from 1966 to 1969. His grandson, Bryce Steiner, right, is currently serving active duty with the U.S. Navy. Steiner is the son of Clair and Kristen Steiner.
