Neither cold, rain nor wind could stop these walkers and runners from participating in the Black Moshannon 5K and 10K Run/Walk race at Black Moshannon State Park on Saturday, May 23. The event was sponsored by the Moshannon Valley YMCA/YMCA of Centre County.
