Philipsburg Elks Lodge and Country Club 1157 recently participated in an Eagle Scout Court of Honor for Brennan Canner of Houtzdale Scout Troop 57. Brennan built small, community-based Library book holders throughout the town of Houtzdale, PA, as his Eagle Scout Community Service Project. The Elks presented Eagle Scout Canner with an Elks’ Eagle Scout Certificate and a U. S. Flag.
