STATE COLLEGE — Centre County United Way is set to relocate to a new office space starting Sunday, June 1, at 112 West Foster Ave., Suite 301.
According to executive director Megan Evans, the move is part of a larger strategic plan for the future growth of the organization.
“Relocating to this new space enables us to reduce overhead costs and allocate more resources to essential community programs and initiatives across Centre County,” Evans said in the release.
Centre County United Way is a nonprofit organization that financially aids local charitable agencies that provide vital services to the community. Through donations, Centre County United Way has helped with financial stability for the vulnerable, created healthy communities, encouraged building persistence among the youth with school readiness programs, among other community impacts.
