PINE GROVE MILLS — Centre Kitchen Collective, in collaboration with the historic Pine Grove Hall and Centre Markets, is thrilled to announce the return of its highly anticipated Supper Party Series for the 2024 season.

Centre Kitchen Collective is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering culinary innovation and community connection. Through partnerships with local farms, businesses and organizations, Centre Kitchen Collective provides access to resources, education and networking opportunities for food entrepreneurs and farmers in the Happy Valley region.

Made possible by a grant from The Happy Valley Adventure Bureau and the Centre County Board of Commissioners, this year’s series promises to be an unforgettable culinary experience celebrating the richness of local farms.

Following the success of the inaugural season in 2023, which featured produce from Strong Roots Organic Farm and Oliver’s Path Farm, the 2024 season will launch with the following lineup:

May 16 — Twin B Farms

June 20 — Green Valley Acres

July 25 — Hidden Branch Farm

August 22 — Sinking Creek Meats

Each event in the series offers an immersive dining experience where guests can enjoy recipes crafted specifically by Pine Grove Hall Chef Tory Glossner to showcase the seasonal bounty of our region’s harvests.

A video highlighting the farmers and products used will be shown for guests to enjoy a behind-the-scenes perspective of their meal. Additionally, attendees will have access to the highlighted recipe for each supper, along with an educational cooking video by Glossner, available as a recipe kit through Centre Markets.

“This Supper Party Series is more than just a meal — it’s a celebration of community, connection and the incredible flavors of our Happy Valley region,” said Sabine Carey, co-founder of Centre Kitchen Collective. “We’re excited to continue our mission of highlighting the importance of supporting local farms and sharing their stories through these unforgettable dining experiences.”

Tickets for the 2024 Supper Series are now available for purchase. For more information and to reserve a seat at the table, visit the events calendar on Pine Grove Hall’s website.
