A group of local Elks from Bellefonte Elks Lodge 1094, Philipsburg Elks Lodge 1173 and Huntingdon Elks Lodge 976 represented the North Central District of the Pennsylvania Elks to help prepare for the New Year’s Day Tournament of Roses Parade. The Elks traveled to Pasadena, Calif., to help assemble the Elks Grand Lodge Float, and then viewed the Tournament of Roses Parade from bleachers in front of the Pasadena, Calif. Elks Lodge.
