Mystery Book Club
Booked for Murder: Mystery Book Club members are reading the sequel, Vera Wong’s Guide to Snooping, by Jesse Q. Sutanto. Limited copies are available at the circulation desk at Bellefonte Library, 200 N. Allegheny St., Bellefonte. The book will be discussed at 6 p.m. at the library. No registration required.

Pasta Bar
Wingate Faith Church, 111 Runville Rd., Bellefonte (behind Wingate Sheetz) will host a Pasta Bar including a variety of pastas and sauce, meatballs, salad, rolls and dessert from 4 to 6:30 p.m. $12 for adults, $6 for students and under age 6 are free. Proceeds benefit mission trip to North Carolina in July.

Run & Reel Spring Festival
A free family day at Camp Kanesatake will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. where guests of all ages can enjoy a full day of outdoor entertainment. Participants can sign up to run the scenic trails in the Trail Run or cast a line into the creek during the fishing tournament. Along with the friendly competition, families can explore a variety of activities and attractions, including local vendors, hayrides, a zipline, and a kids’ carnival. Clue Family Night
Play a live version of the game of CLUE — a fun mystery game with a bit of theatrics! Join friends and family in trying to figure out this whodunnit, where some of the State College Assembly of God family are the main characters, and SCA is the fictional crime scene! Rabies Clinic
Fairbrook United Methodist Church will host a rabies clinic and other vaccinations from 10 a.m. to noon at the church, 4201 W. Whitehall Road, Pennsylvania Furnace. and other vaccinations.

Wild Wellness Festival and Market
Explore the benefits of movement, art, and mindfulness during this health-promoting event at The Arboretum at Penn State. Food trucks, vendors, and a combination of paid and free programming will be available. Free activities with no registration required includechildren’s programming throughout the day in the Childhood’s Gate Children’s Garden. Food trucks will be set up behind the Overlook Pavilion and 15+ venodrs will have booths on the Event Lawn. Classes (with registration required) will be available. Nittany Ballet Spring Preview
Schlow Centre Region Library, 211 S. Allen St., State College, will host a sneak preview of Nittany Ballet’s spring performance from 2:30 to 3 p.m. — including a selection from Margret Mullin’s “Hucklebuck.” Stick around for a fun dance activity. The program is recommended for ages 3 and up. Registration suggested.

Chess Night
Adult & Teen Chess Night for beginners or experienced players will be held at Holt Memorial Library, 17 N. Front St., Philipsburg from 5:30 to 7 p.m. There will be an instructor available to teach and assist anyone that would like to learn how to play. There is no need to register, just drop in.
United Nations Association of Central PA Annual Membership Meeting
ACAP Centre County will host a conversation between high school and college students on climate change will be held at Foxdale Village, 500 E Marylyn Ave., State College, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Students will share their hopes and fears surrounding the future of our planet. The event is free to the public. Social time and refreshments will be provided. Free parking is available on and around the Foxdale campus.

Brake Clinic
This clinic will teach participants how to identify, install, and adjust various bicycle brake calipers (and their corresponding levers) including disc (cable and hydraulic), side pull, cantilever, and V-brakes. Several examples will be presented, and participants are encouraged to bring their own bikes for maintenance. It will be held at the West Parking Deck (ground level) in University Park from 6:15 to 8:15 p.m.
