HARRISBURG — Pennsylvania Auditor General Timothy DeFoor visited a YMCA’s Half Day Kindergarten Program in Camp Hill on Oct. 6 to launch a new financial literacy contest for students in kindergarten through Grade 12 as part of Financial Planning Month.
He was joined by Be Money $mart community partners from the Pennsylvania Alliance of YMCAs and CrossState Credit Union Association.
The contest is part of DeFoor’s ongoing financial literacy initiative furthering his commitment to ensuring all Pennsylvanians have access to the tools needed to ‘Be Money $mart’.
