Bellefonte Elks raise more than $10,000 at its annual Elks Home Service Fundraiser that was held recently. The Elks raffled off 113 baskets, enjoyed great food and fellowship. The Home Service Program helps to improve the quality of life for thousands of children and adults with developmental disabilities throughout Pennsylvania. These services are provided at no cost to the client.
