Bellefonte Elks Lodge 1094 Exalted Ruler Lorna Spearly, right, recently announced the selection of the Lodge Leading Knight Evan Edwards as the lodge’s Officer of the Year for Lodge Year 2025-26. The award recognizes Edwards’ dedication, leadership, and commitment to the Elks Mission, and to the work of the lodge. He has worked in support of the Elks Home Service Program and is the face of the monthly Home Service Program Breakfasts.
